2018/2019 4^ Master's Degree in Maritime Insurance and Transport MASMET

The Master Degree, implemented by the University of Genoa - Department of Economics - in close collaboration with leading companies such as Siat Assicurazioni, provides the tools to comprehend the competitive system, structure and organization that characterize insurance companies and insurance brokers. Its aim is to provide the participants with a high level of expertise in managing insurance issues in the transport sector and particularly in the marine sector.

It’s addressed to young graduates in Economics, Law and Political Science who intend to undertake a career in the field of transport insurance, working in insurance companies, insurance brokers, surveyors or shipping companies with internal offices that deal with insurance and insurance brokers. The Master's teaching staff consists of university professors, associate partners and freelancers.
